Your company files are moving from Google Drive to Microsoft 365. Follow this guide to set up OneDrive and get ready for the switch.

The folder structure is the same — only the location has changed. You can access everything through OneDrive using the shortcuts that IT has already set up for you.
Each Google shared drive is now a SharePoint document library. IT has created shortcuts in your OneDrive that point directly to the SharePoint libraries you have access to. They look and work just like regular folders.
Yes, temporarily. Google Drive will remain available in read-only mode for 2–4 weeks after the switchover. You can reference old files there, but all new work should go into SharePoint/OneDrive starting March 24.
Contact the IT helpdesk. Let them know which shared drive you need access to and they'll add the shortcut for you right away.
Desktop: Right-click the file in File Explorer and choose "Share". Type a colleague's name or email to send them a link.
Web: Select the file in OneDrive and click "Share" in the toolbar. Choose whether they can edit or just view.
Yes — set up OneDrive now. Follow the "First-Time Setup" steps above so you're ready to go on switchover day. Make sure you can sign in with your @safesitellc.com account and see the blue cloud icon in your system tray or menu bar.
